We normally use CourierPost or PBT for New Zealand orders. For big size items, we employ Streamline Freight to deliver to your front door.
Order Handling Time is up to 2 working days ( except for weekends & public holidays) once payment is cleared due to high volume orders. Please leave a note or email us if you need the item urgently so that we can handle your order ASAP.
Delivery time is usually overnight in Auckland Area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.

Goods that will be sent from our Hong Kong warehouse has been indicated clearly in the product detail page and checkout process. It takes up to 14 working days to arrive in New Zealand.
