This product does not play the rules as seller advertisement: written and player. I inserted the DVD disc into this driver. It is not playing at all. Including, it cannot copy the inserted DVD discs, how I can use for the written in the next step? I am happy receive the replacement with very good player and written. If the problem happened again.
