This two pieces grill pan works on standard electric ceramic heaters, gas stoves, portable cooker and so on. Add some water to the pan card slot, besides of cutting cooking time, the steam produced can prevent drying and make food more delicious. Wine, garlic or other seasonings can also be added directly to the water to add subtle flavor.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT for use on glass top stoves or stoves with electric solid elements.
