whilst Emax were OK telling me about the delays caused by their backlog and I was OK with that the freight company they use PBT, weren't very customer friendly. In fact their tracking system is rubbish and they are not near the same ballpark as other couriers here and this feedback is not from just this transaction as I've experienced their loose service in my area before ..more than once.
