This seller was unreliable with an urgent order for chair covers for a wedding and we were forced to spend hundreds of dollars to hire from somewhere else as a result. After over a week, we never got an apology from them and they completely ignored our request for a refund. We have just placed a request via the Trademe dispute resolutions team
