I absolutely love this pillow, I have bone on bone hip arthritis in both hips, and this pillow definitely helps with the pain during the night. I have bone on bone in hips and am waiting for a hip replacement. I have found this pillow extremely helpful in my pain at night, which helps when trying to sleep. I would recommend anyone with this issue to try it.
