The first unit I received didn't work at all (no lights when plugged in). The seller sent a replacement. It lit up but wouldn't operate as per the use guide on the supplied disc. Couldn't get my phone to pair with it.(tried 3,1 x Phone, 2 x android). Seller sent link to Youtube video on pairing. It didn't work for me. Seller was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I didn't feel they warranted a negative feedback.
