Item quality is as per price no doubt however the pick up address advertised is wrong. There is only one warehouse for emax which is in East Tamaki not Manukau as shown. This cost me additional 20 minutes to the warehouse and back in total additional 40 minutes of my time. Before picking up I emailed to query the pick up location shown as manukau and is the reason why I chose to pick up was to fit in along the schedule however no response to the email. I phoned/noluck. Very poor
