Their customer service and response are good but the product (phone holder for car) is a cheap bit of crap which can not do a simple task of holding a phone. The first was defective and the green pas started coming off after using it for not even one day. They sent a replacement which the suction cup which fixes to the glass couldn't even hold it's own weight let alone a phone when driving. I would recommend not buying their phone holder unless you feel like being disappointed!
