Using the traditional design for catching kicks helps reduce the impact shock you receive from each blow while the dense foam works at absorbing the shock of each blow to increase your protection as well as your comfort levels.
The rear adjustable straps are comfortably designed and provides a secure and firm fit for your wrist and forearm. Durable PU leather materials throughout the piece increases your comfort levels while the adjustable wrist and forearm straps promotes ventilation to cool your arms and work to help reduce moisture build up.

The pads look ok and are best for kids practice. They are not meant for adult practice. They do not dump/dilute the force and transfer much of it to the hands. Not good for adult kicks and punches. Look something else.
